Popping Pink Halloween

By Party Camel on October 15, 2017 in Seasonal

Traditionally, Halloween colours are orange and black. If you are in a Hallo-pink-ween mood. we have just the inspiration for an all girly Halloween celebration for you.  We have popping pink with cheerful ombre, balloon-dipped and painted pumpkins. Re-create your Halloween this year by adding fantastic pink and sparkles of gold to traditional orange. Add a splash of bright yellow and put the HALLO! in Halloween.

This elegant table setting really makes pink pop this Halloween. Start off with white table linen and white plates. Select your favourite pink napkin and use our gorgeous wooden tableware to finish off the plate setting. As a table centrepiece, you can pick up your paintbrushes and start painting! If you would like to add other elements in pink, orange and splashes of gold we have handpicked some of our favourite products for you as below.

Our Sugar Skull partyware is just gorgeous! The Sugar Skull plates have Day of the Dead style floral decorations, perfect for a pink and orange Halloween celebration. The matching garland features a row of colourful skulls suspended from a neon orange cord. Feel free to mix and match Halloween party decorations in your selected colour palette. Our Hanging Skeleton garland is from our Spooky Halloween range and features a set of dangly skeleton decorations embellished with shiny rose gold foil. Once you have selected your decorative items you can match your table centrepiece with the same colour scheme.

Create an ombre pumpkin centrepiece by painting mini pumpkins with acrylic paint in shades of pink and orange. You will need to prime all of the pumpkins with one to two layers of gesso so make sure you have a bit of time on hand. Start off with your base colour, such as pink and add little bits of white paint to the original colour as you go along. If you select yellow as your other colour you can mix yellow and pink to meet each other in the middle ;) For the full tutorial, click here. Speaking of yellow… How gorgeous does this yellow garland look with the popping pink table setting below?

If you would like to add bright yellows to your Halloween celebration take a look at our selection of products below. Our Fluorescent Floral party range has lovely options to choose from. Add an extra splash of colour to your party this year with our fabulously bright yellow edged paper table cover. This neon paint style table cover is ideal for your Halloween celebration. No-carve pumpkins are great if you like to keep things less messy. Our favourite DIY pumpkins are easy, quick and in pink! Balloon dipped pumpkins are just genius. You can have a pumpkin ready in less than a minute! Simply select balloons in your favourite colours (or patterns – think marble…), cut the stem off the balloon and pull it over the bottom of a miniature pumpkin.

If you like the idea of mixing and matching colours this Halloween, don’t limit yourself to just colour. Our Pick & Mix party range makes picking and mixing patterns easy. This lovely Halloween celebration features our Sprinkles Paper Plates. The cute sprinkle design is also used in the welcome banner – Drink up Witches – and sprinkles are also used to decorate the spooky pretzels. Remember to add a splash of gold to your party.

Create sprinkles on your pumpkins to match your Sprinkles party plate by making use of washi tape! Who doesn’t love a colourful confetti-filled Halloween party? Hope you are having a colourful blast this Halloween! Remember to have fun with it all.
