DELIVERY INFORMATION
Subject to availability, Party Camel aims to ship all goods ordered by the customer within 2-3 working days of receipt of payment. Our standard delivery to Dubai, and to the rest of the United Arab Emirates is AED 20 inclusive of postage and packing. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery. If a more urgent delivery is required please contact us. If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you and offer you alternative goods, amendment to your order or cancellation. If there is no one to accept delivery or the delivery is refused, information enabling you to complete the delivery will be left by the courier company. Dispatch of goods constitutes fulfillment of contract. We are more than happy to send our goods and party bags to other areas. For delivery costs outside the United Arab Emirates, please contact us for a quote.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Therefore we are very happy to offer a full refund or an exchange if the goods are not to your satisfaction. The refunds will be processed through original mode of payment. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and you can return the order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within seven days of receipt. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. You should retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
Unless you notify us within three working days of receipt we are not obliged to accept a return of unwanted or incompatible goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. You must return goods to us complete with all relevant packaging and in original condition at your own cost. To ensure goods reach us safely we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of us receiving notice of cancellation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We select all the gifts for our party bags and pick all of our party ware by hand so that we can ensure that all of them are in perfect condition when they leave us. All our party bags are sent out in kit form so they arrive in the best condition. Our party ware is packed carefully in boxes. But, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or are not as those requested, please email us within 24 hours and return the items to us in their original packaging. We will then give you an immediate exchange or a refund (as well as a refund of the postage and packaging costs).

All prices displayed on this website are in Dirhams and exclusive of packing and delivery. One party bag consists of one set of contents as detailed in the text. Some individual items come in a variety of different designs which may differ slightly from that shown in the picture. We will select one at random and you may not receive the same item as illustrated.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All products shown on the website should be in stock. In the unlikely event that items ordered are out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone offering you an alternative, a new delivery date or an opportunity to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order should there be an issue with stock levels or payment details, or the identification of a pricing or product description error. All purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and a secure server.
SAFETY
We take safety issues very seriously. We only supply ‘toys' which carry the CE mark and comply with European Safety Regulations. Many items such as stationery, jewelry, hair and fashion accessories are not classified as 'toys' and do not carry the CE mark. However, as some of these items may prove harmful to children under the age of 36 months. This is due to products containing small parts which can cause choking. It is your responsibility to check the age of the child of whom you give the party bag to. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that our products are not given to anyone who could suffer an allergic reaction or any product maybe harmful to them.
Party Camel does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss that may occur due to our party bags having been given to anyone for whom they were unsuitable, as detailed above.
All of our sweets are very carefully selected and are not recommended for children under 3 years, unless otherwise stated. Adult supervision is recommended for all of our sweets when being consumed by a child.
Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Under no circumstances must this website be copied or reproduced in any form prior to written consent from Party Camel .
VALIDITY
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms and conditions govern the sales and purchase of products from Party Camel under UAE law. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
