Job Description: We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Party Camel Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand engagement and creativity through innovative digital strategies.



Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across all social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Generate engaging and compelling content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels, that resonates with our target audience and aligns with brand identity and values.
  • Manage social media accounts and communities, including content scheduling, posting, engagement, and monitoring of key performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and implement innovative ideas to elevate our digital presence.
  • Collaborate with external partners, freelancers, influencers as needed to produce visually stunning and on-brand assets for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, features, and tools, and explore new opportunities for brand promotion and storytelling.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Contribute creative ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings, driving innovation and continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and social media management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content creation skills across various social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Passion for storytelling and creativity, with the ability to develop unique and engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, photo and video editing, and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices for organic and paid content distribution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative, experiment with new ideas, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
