Fringed Christmas Tree Party Hats

Crafted with fringed tissue paper, in mint, green and light blue. Each hat has a large shiny silver foil star to go on the top (needs to be attached). Decorated with glittering stars, using plant based Eco glitter in gold, silver, red, blue and green.

They are comfortably held in place with a metallic silver elastic cord. Suitable for ages 3+.
