We just celebrated Party Camel turning 3 and we had so much fun putting this celebration together! It was a dream party as we teamed up with Dubai’s best party people for the whole set-up including yummy food, lots of drinks, entertainment and a delightful birthday cake. The party products featured are all of course from our online shop :) and the party doesn’t stop here - as we are celebrating the whole month by giving away the ultimate party of your dreams! The prize up for grabs includes party products from Party Camel , birthday photography session from The Studio Dubai , a whole carrot cake from the Limetree Cafe, party set-up and entertainer from Cheeky Little Events, and sweet treats from Rasha Rmeily.  See our previous blog post for more details on the competition we are running this month and keep an eye on our instagram page to enter.

SETTING UP

Colour, colour and some more colour please was the theme for this party. We decorated giant balloons with gorgeous colourful tassles and added honeycombs in pastel colours to the mix. The mini party hats in bold bright colours with a beautiful glitter gold trimming were the focal point. We used stacked pallets from Cheeky Little Events for the food set-up. Party favours were a huge hit with lots of Limetree Cafe cookie bags which we placed in our pastel gift bags and had lots of nice surprises including a complimentary photo shoot from The Studio Dubai little notebook and notecards hand illustrated by the very talented Samar Sadik.  A  my "very very busy life" organiser from Party Camel.  The Lime Tree Cafe had the guests swooning with their gift hampers that included an apron, crackers, tomato relish, their famous cookies and sweet treats! and what a treat they were.

The Food

We cannot thank The Limetree Cafe Dubai enough for all the yummy food we had on the morning. From mini quiche to sandwiches, mini carrot cake, banana muffins and waiting staff with tea coffee and fresh juices, everyone had a great time! Their catering really is amazing. 

IT’S IN THE DETAILS

The happy party camel (made by our friend Dee over at @kiddalywinks) stood tall with his glitter boots amongst the party hats - the quaint gold glitter detailed mini party hats added a cute flair to the celebration. The gorgeous illustrations by Samar Sadik are placed on the table - Samar also did our birthday party invite and we LOVE her style! All partyware used on the day is of course  from our party ranges including the Happy Birthday and Be Happy range amongst others. This stylish and contemporary party range features products in a variety of colours, each with a shiny gold foil Happy Birthday slogan.

Our cake certainly was a big hit!  Rasha Rmeily did a awesome job of matching our cake with our party hats! We kept the cake simple with splashes of colour to match the theme, mood and celebration perfectly.

THE SELFIE BOX

The Selfie Box from The Studio was a huge hit! The Glitterati Foil curtain creates the perfect glamorous backdrop. This sparkly backdrop is a magnificent way for guests to pose while taking a photograph with the Selfie Box. A shining example of the perfect party decoration! Add some props from our Photo Booth kits together and you are guaranteed to have some fun as seen below!  A huge big thank you to The Studio Dubai for setting this up and manning the booth for the entire event. We had soo much fun.  A heart felt thank you to all our gorgeous sponsors and partners and friends. You guys are awesome!
